Recently re-discovered Breakfast in an attempt to stop eating rubbish mid morning at work and piling on the pounds.

Finding some quick, tasty but low fat options to try and make it happen before rushing off to work is always a challenge though.

This one works nicely, especially if you microwave the porridge (I know, porridge purists look away now!) 


Porridge oats for 1

Semi-skimmed Milk

Fat-free greek yoghurt

Slice banana; chopped hazlenuts; honey.


1 Make porriage according to packet instructions

2 Top with fat-free Greek yogurt, sliced banana and roughly chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with honey.
